Environmental Management and Planning
The incremental nature of decision making in the environmental context requires that the entire project cycle be integrated with environmental and planning legal considerations.

As Government agencies and the public have become more sophisticated in their interaction with organisations, activities such as performing Environmental Impact Assessments have become more complex, and detailed legal compliance has also become more important. GGC provides other consulting firms with assistance in this regard.

We understand the nature of project planning, implementation and management, and have provided clients with the environmental and planning legal frameworks and milestones that need to be considered in order to implement projects sucessfully. Permitting and licensing requirements usually require that they be considered as early in the project plan as possible, as it is more efficient to integrate specific elements in to the design phase of a project than into the construction or operational phase.

The service is usually provided with Green Gain Consuting acting as the environmental legal specialist within a multi-disciplinary team of experts.

Such projects are usually undertaken on the basis that we provide the service based on a retainer agreement with the client, rather than billing at a hourly rate.
